1. 💧 Product Use and Features
How does the portable water filter work?
Our filter uses a multi-stage purification system, including 0.1-micron membrane microfiltration, activated carbon, and other advanced technologies. This process removes up to 99.99% of bacteria, parasites, sediments, microplastics, and other contaminants found in unsafe water.
What types of water can be filtered?
You can use it to filter water from rivers, lakes, springs, puddles, or tap water in areas where water quality is questionable. It is not recommended for saltwater or water contaminated with industrial chemicals.
Does the filter remove viruses?
Standard 0.1-micron filters do not effectively remove viruses. However, they do remove most bacteria, protozoa, and sediments. For water that may be contaminated with viruses, we recommend boiling it or using disinfection tablets in addition to filtering.
The portable water purifier can not only be used directly in the water source, but also can be used with a 20cm hose (included in the package) to extend the water purifier.
After using it with a hose, the difficulty of use is reduced.
The extension of the hose allows users to draw safe drinking water without lying on the ground near the water source. At the same time, floating objects on the water source can be avoided, and the water purifier can be prevented from being blocked.
How long does the filter last?
Each filter has a capacity of approximately 3000 liters (equivalent to 2 years of use for an average person). Lifespan depends on water quality and frequency of use.ù
Does it require power or batteries?
No, the filter operates entirely mechanically. It does not require electricity, batteries, or any electronic components.
Is it safe for children?
Yes, it is safe for children, but adult supervision is recommended during use.
How do I clean the filter?
You can backflush it with clean water using the included syringe or backwash system. Regular cleaning helps maintain the filter’s efficiency.
Does the filter affect the taste of the water?
The activated carbon filter may improve the taste of water by reducing unpleasant odors and organic compounds. However, taste can vary depending on the original water source.
2. 🚚 Orders and Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship only to the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no hidden fees.
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is between 4 and 10 business days, depending on the destination and product availability. During peak periods or for remote locations, delivery may take a few extra days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all available information. If the shipment is trackable, we will include a tracking number.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are shipped from one of our partner warehouses, selected to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Warehouse location may vary depending on product availability.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you made a mistake or need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, aquawild.shop@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
What if my package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?
We offer a delivery guarantee: if your package arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us. We’ll review the case and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
3. 🔁 Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept return requests within 90 days of product delivery. The product must be unused, intact, and returned in its original packaging.
How can I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us via email providing your order number and the reason for the request. We will give you all the instructions for returning the product.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 21 business days to the original payment method.
What if the product is defective or damaged?
If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the issue. In these cases, the return shipping is free, and you can choose either a full refund or a replacement product.
Can I return a used product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used products or products without the original packaging, unless they are defective.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper use, or for requests made after 90 days from delivery.
